Product Manager - Merchant Experience and Job Developer Platform

Your mission Manchester | Dubai | Madrid | Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid) Permanent | Full-Time Build the Future of Merchant Experience in Payments We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the merchant-facing experience across our payments and fintech platform. This is a high-impact role responsible for the products merchants interact with every day—from our merchant portal and self-service tools to APIs, reporting, analytics, and payout workflows. You'll work at the intersection of payments, developer experience, data, and AI, helping create a platform that is intuitive, efficient, and genuinely frictionless. The Role You'll define product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across several key areas: • Next-Generation Merchant Portal– A unified experience for payments, balances, FX, and payouts • Self-Service & AI Assistants– Helping merchants find answers and resolve issues without support intervention • Transaction Reporting & Analytics– Delivering clear, real-time visibility across payment activity • APIs & Developer Platform– Building exceptional developer experiences, tooling, and documentation • Multi-Acquirer Intelligence– Consolidated reporting and performance insights across payment providers • Batch Payout Processing– Scalable, transparent, and reliable payout workflows Working closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams, you'll turn complex payment infrastructure into simple, intuitive user experiences for merchants, developers, finance teams, and operational users. What You'll Do • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics • Own andprioritiseproduct backlogs across multiple workstreams • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver new capabilities • Conduct merchant research and use customer feedback to shape product decisions • Improve self-service, automation, and AI-driven support experiences • Drive adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction through data-led decision making • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable solutions Your profile About You You'll bring: • Significant Product Management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure • Strong understanding of payments, acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, or FX • Experience building B2B platforms such as merchant portals, APIs, developer tools, analytics products, or self-service solutions • A track recordof creating products for multiple user types withdifferent needsand technical capabilities • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • A data-driven approach toprioritisationand product decision-making Desirable Experience • Conversational AI, chatbots, or AI assistants • API and developer platform product management • Self-service support platforms and knowledge systems • Multi-acquirer or payment orchestration environments • Batch payments and payout processing • MCP or agentic AI platforms Why us? Significant Product Management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure. Strong understanding of payments, acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, or FX. Experience building B2B platforms such as merchant portals, APIs, developer tools, analytics products, or self-service solutions. A track record of creating products for multiple user types with different needs and technical capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A data-driven approach to prioritisation and product decision-making.
