We’re Hiring: Sales & Service Engineer – Mechanical Section Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Company: Ali & Sons Oilfield Supplies & Services Co. (a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding LLC) Position Overview We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer specializing in Mechanical Section. This role is focused on driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical and after-sales services for process systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage process technology projects. • Prepare client proposals, follow up, and secure purchase orders. • Handle supplier inquiries, evaluate quotations, and recommend best-fit solutions. • Coordinate the delivery of equipment and chemicals to clients. • Provide after-sales services, technical support, and troubleshooting. • Assist in resolving customer issues and technical troubleshooting. • Manage payment follow-up with suppliers and collections from clients. • Prepare and submit sales activity reports to management. • Attend manufacturer and partner training sessions as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical). • Minimum 4 years of work experience in sales, preferably within industrial or oil & gas sectors. • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
