Job Description We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and forward-thinking Human Resources leader with strong luxury resort experience and a proven track record in 5-star resort repositioning, rebranding, and transformation projects. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to support the next chapter of a Cove resort in Ras Al Khaimah, driving culture creation, colleague engagement, service excellence, leadership partnership, and brand positioning. As Director of Human Resources, you will partner closely with the leadership team to lead the people and culture agenda, supporting business transformation, operational excellence, and long-term growth in a fast-paced luxury environment. This position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort - Ras Al Khaimah Key responsibilities include- • Lead and shape the overall Human Resources and people strategy in alignment with the resort’s vision, business goals and luxury service standards. • Drive culture transformation initiatives that enhance colleague engagement, retention, performance and overall employee experience. • Play a key role in the resort repositioning and rebranding journey by embedding a modern, dynamic and high-performing workplace culture. • Champion change management initiatives by leading organizational transformation projects, driving engagement through change and ensuring smooth adaptation across all levels of the resort. • Partner closely with the executive leadership team as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness and people performance. • Build strong leadership capability through impactful learning, coaching and development initiatives that support succession planning and internal growth. • Create innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract top luxury hospitality talent. • Foster a collaborative, energetic and people-centric environment that encourages accountability, innovation, teamwork and service excellence. • Ensure all HR operations, policies and practices remain compliant, efficient and aligned with company standards and local labour regulations. • Utilize HR analytics, colleague insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and support commercial business success. Skills Education, Qualifications & Experience You should hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, preferably supported by a professional Human Resources qualification. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury 5-star resort environment, with proven exposure to resort rebranding, repositioning or major operational transformation projects. Previous Middle East/GCC experience is highly preferred. A strong track record of career progression, leadership stability and success in luxury hospitality operations is essential. You must be computer literate, fluent in English and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
