About The Role: • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial, corporate and transactional agreements including SPAs, shareholder agreements, JV and investment agreements. • Lead M&A transactions from structuring and due diligence to closing, managing external counsel as needed. • Provide legal support across business functions such as operations, procurement, HR, finance, and corporate governance. • Advise on data centre and infrastructure projects including agreements for development, construction, and service levels. • Identify risks and deliver practical, commercially viable legal solutions aligned with business objectives. About You: • Qualified solicitor with 10–15 years PQE, ideally from a reputable law firm or in-house in a high-growth environment. • Proven drafting and negotiation skills in corporate, commercial, and M&A settings. • Strong attention to detail and a highly commercial, solutions-focused approach. • Ability to operate independently and thrive under quick deadlines. • Excellent communicator capable of working closely with senior stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills: • Experience in data centres, technology infrastructure, AI/HPC, or energy projects. • UAE legal experience. • Background in blockchain or digital assets.
