The project will utilise modern methods of construction to streamline construction timelines and reduce time on site. As the project lead you will be solely responsible for the development of the procurement strategy, design management, tender and construction of the facility Key Responsibilities • Project Reporting • Client stakeholder management • Leading all project meetings • Contract administration Core Competencies • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability • Ability to interpret contracts and administer the process • High attention to detail with strong data integrity focus • Effective stakeholder management across client and project teams • Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of project performance • Develop a project-specific procurement strategy • Develop a project-specific logistics plan Requirements Experience & Background • 8+ years in project management • Experience within a consultancy environment, ideally in design, engineering, or construction sectors • Experience in MMC and modular construction practices • Base build construction experience • Education sector experience Show more Show less
