Position Title: Sr Façade QS Employment Type: Full Time Salary: inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in metal fabrication, based in Dubai. Job Description: • Prepare, review, and validate interim payment applications, project valuations, and final accounts in accordance with contractual requirements. • Manage tendering activities including quantity take-offs, pricing analysis, technical clarifications, and submission documentation. • Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure alignment with project and invoicing requirements. • Monitor and analyze project budgets, costs, and cash flow while providing recommendations for cost control and optimization. Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years of QS experience in façade, glass, or aluminium industry within GCC/UAE • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field • Solid understanding of contract law, FIDIC conditions, and standard QS practices.
