Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Software Testing Team Lead with a strong background in embedded systems and aviation software testing. The ideal candidate has managed testing teams, written and executed test cases, and is familiar with RTCA DO-178C. UAV systems and QT framework experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the software testing team to ensure timely, accurate test delivery • Design and maintain test cases from requirements and design docs • Execute manual and automated tests against functional, performance, and safety requirements • Ensure compliance with RTCA DO-178C in safety-critical environments • Manage the full testing lifecycle: planning, execution, defect reporting, completion • Oversee testing for embedded and avionics-related systems • Mentor the team on test automation and CI best practices • Drive continuous improvement in QA strategies and methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and validation Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, Electronics, or related) • 10+ years in software testing, focused on embedded systems • Strong manual and automated test case experience • QT framework familiarity • Solid grasp of software engineering processes • In-depth RTCA DO-178C knowledge • UAV systems experience preferred • Aviation/aerospace software testing background Preferred Skills: • Technical and line management experience • Automated testing frameworks and tools • Agile and TDD familiarity • Strong analytical and communication skills ADASI is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. #ADASI Show more Show less
