Sr. Engineer QA/QC Civil

• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP). • Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents. • Conduct material inspection and approval (cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, etc.). • Review and verify Material Submittals, Method Statements, and Shop Drawings. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers for inspections. • Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). • Conduct site quality inspections and prepare inspection reports. • Ensure proper execution of structural works (footings, columns, beams, slabs, etc.). • Check reinforcement as per approved drawings before concreting. • Witness field tests (slump test, cube test, soil compaction test, etc.). • Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation. • Monitor concrete pouring activities and ensure curing procedures are followed. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Identify quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions. • Conduct internal audits and site quality meetings. • Ensure calibration of equipment and testing instruments. • Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship quality. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports. • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (if applicable). • Assist in handing over completed works with proper documentation.
