Gate
About Gate Gate is one of the world's top-ranked crypto exchanges, serving tens of millions of users globally. GatePay is Gate's B2B Web3 payment infrastructure - built for merchants and enterprises with crypto-native capabilities across acquiring, payouts, OTC, and treasury. We're now building the fiat layer that unlocks our next stage of growth. Why This Role Exists 80%+ of stablecoin payment volume lives in B2B trade, and the core of that is efficient, compliant fiat-stablecoin conversion. GatePay has strong crypto-native foundations, but fiat on/off-ramp depth is the deciding factor in whether we can truly serve cross-border trade at scale. This role owns that layer. What You'll Own • Build and scale GatePay's global fiat channel matrix (APAC, SEA, LatAm, Middle East, EU/US), from channel selection and negotiation to integration, go-live, and ongoing optimization • Design B2B fiat-stablecoin solutions: fiat accounts, fast collection/disbursement, reconciliation, multi-currency pooling; built for real trade, ready out of the box • Own the compliance and risk product framework: translating AML rules, licensing requirements, and cross-border obligations into executable product logic • Build channel performance infrastructure: cost, success rates, settlement speed, FX competitiveness, and use it to drive dynamic optimization • Serve as the central coordination role across internal BD, ops, engineering, compliance, and external channel partners Who We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on payments or fintech • End-to-end understanding of payment flows: you know the cost, risk, and compliance at every node • Working knowledge of global licensing frameworks (MSB, EMI, PI, VASP, MiCA etc.) baked into your product instinct, not bolted on at the end • Hands-on channel integration experience: you've hit the landmines and know how to design around them early • Comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple jurisdictions; you break problems down and move in stages • Proactive cross-functional owner: you build alignment, drive decisions, and follow through Backgrounds We're Open To Cross-border payments, acquiring, licensed EMI/PSP, Web3 payment infrastructure (BVNK, Bridge, Fireblocks), B2B SaaS with payments focus, or fintech working on fiat rails and virtual accounts. Why Join Us You'll build GatePay's fiat infrastructure from the ground up - one of our most strategically important bets for the next three years, with decision-making scope well beyond a typical senior PM role. You'll work at the intersection of Web3 and traditional finance, with real exposure to stablecoins, cross-border trade, and multi-jurisdiction compliance. A Note From the Hiring Manager The hard part has never been the technology, it's finding the sustainable path through compliance, cost, experience, and scale all at once. I'm looking for someone who treats payments as a long-term craft and genuinely believes what we're building is worth years of focused work. If helping global B2B merchants settle cross-border faster and cheaper genuinely excites you - let's talk. Show more Show less
