Rawabet Al-Asl Holding is looking for an all-round marketer who can think, design, and execute. المهام | Responsibilities • ابتكار أفكار الحملات التسويقية من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ • تصميم المحتوى البصري للسوشال ميديا والمطبوعات • إدارة الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة (Meta، Snapchat، TikTok، Google) وتحليل نتائجها • متابعة الترندات وتحويلها لمحتوى يناسب علاماتنا • Develop campaign concepts from idea to execution • Design visual content for social media and print • Manage and analyze paid ad campaigns (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google) • Track trends and turn them into content that fits our brands المتطلبات | Requirements • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التسويق، ويفضل في قطاع المطاعم والكافيهات • إتقان برامج التصميم (Photoshop، Illustrator، أو ما يعادلها) • خبرة عملية مثبتة في إدارة الحملات الإعلانية وميزانياتها • حس إبداعي وقدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحت ضغط • معرض أعمال (Portfolio) إلزامي • 3+ years of marketing experience, F&B preferred • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) • Proven hands-on experience running ad campaigns and budgets • Creative mindset, able to work independently and under pressure • Portfolio is required ما نقدمه | What We Offer • بيئة عمل سريعة النمو ومساحة حقيقية للإبداع وتنفيذ أفكارك • A fast-growing environment with real room to create and own your ideas Show more Show less
