You will be embedded directly within US finance teams, operating as a trusted partner to US leadership. The Opportunity We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take ownership of month-end close and financial reporting for US-based IT SaaS clients. You will work in lean, high-trust environments where your financial accuracy and process ownership directly support business growth in one of the fastest-growing segments of the US tech economy. What You Will Own • Own full month-end close under US GAAP including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations • Maintain general ledger integrity for SaaS and subscription-based client structures • Support deferred revenue tracking, subscription billing reconciliations, and ARR reporting • Prepare financial statements and management reports for US stakeholders • Perform variance analysis and identify key financial movements • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies • Maintain audit-ready documentation and organized financial records • Collaborate directly with US Controllers, CFOs, and finance leadership • Drive accounting process improvements and workflow efficiency What We're Looking For • 5+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure • Background in SaaS, and IT services environments preferred • Experience with deferred revenue, subscription accounting, or recurring revenue models • ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or equivalent) • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Availability for US time zone overlap Why Join MAVI? • Long-term partnerships with high-growth US companies • Direct exposure to US finance and technology leaders • Broader ownership vs. traditional accounting roles • Flexible remote-first work culture • Opportunity to grow within a global finance network Show more Show less
