What You’ll Do • Design and develop low voltage electrical systems and components for automation projects. • Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using innovative engineering solutions to address complex challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications by using technical engineering skillset. • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects meetings using operational technical engineering excellence frameworks. • Develop and standardize industrialization methodologies, processes and best practices, contributing to manufacturing engineering knowledge and capability • Translate product design requirements into manufacturable solutions, ensuring Design for Manufacturing (DFM) alignment with R&D teams • Select appropriate electrical components and materials for system design. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues during the development and testing phases. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all design activities • Liaise and support with multiple internal stakeholders inclusive of product line management and front end solutions architects. Qualifications • University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent • 5+ years experience within designing LV systems Skills • Proficient in designing in: • • Autocad • Revit • E-Plan • Etap • Data centre project experience is a big advantage • Familiar with IEC Standards and regulations • Excellent problem solving skills • Fluent speaking and writing in English • Good communicator and presentation skills • Self-motivated and takes ownership on results • Works well within a fast-paced environment Living And Working In Dubai Dubai is an internationally connected city that offers strong professional opportunities within a truly global environment.
