The Electrical Construction Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all on?site electrical construction activities associated with Extra High Voltage (EHV) 220 kV and 400 kV substation projects. This senior role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex technical operations, ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets. 15+ years of proven experience in Electrical Power/EHV substation construction (220 kV and 400 kV), preferably within EPC, transmission utility, or large-scale infrastructure environments. Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets. Deep technical knowledge in high-voltage substations, safety and quality standards, and ability to ensure compliance. Experience in on-site construction leadership, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning support, and robust documentation and reporting.
