Qualifications and Experience Should have recently obtained or be close to obtaining a Ph.D. in Economics, Public Policy, or Statistics and Data Science or a related field . Demonstrated expertise in independent research, quantitative methods, qualitative methods, and hybrid methods, and/or relevant software tools and datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
