Your primary mission is to protect’s interests by: • Logic Integration: Aligning the "Information Flow" (Design IFCs) with the "Physical Flow" (Construction) and the "Strategic Flow" (Utility connections and Asset handover). • Performance Governance: Auditing and validating the PMC’s oversight to ensure that the Builder’s progress reporting is physically accurate and contractually sound across all five sites. • Risk Forecasting: Identifying "Inter-dependency Risks"—such as a design delay in MEP affecting a builder’s ability to close out a building envelope—and mitigating them before they impact the final "Start of Production." • Financial & Contractual Protection: Using rigorous "Time Impact Analysis" to defend against unfounded delay claims and to assess the true schedule cost of any design variations or site changes. • Milestone Certainty: Ensuring the facility transitions seamlessly from a construction project to a live automotive plant by managing the "Critical Handover Path" between civil works, utility energization, and equipment installation. Plot 1 Shin Young 2. Plot 2 Benteler 3. Plot 3 JVIS 4. Plot 4 Frangxin 5. Plot 5 Lear A. Manage all 5 sites with oversight, coordination, progress, safety (coordination with HSE team for , PAC and MBL quality and ensure that five construction engineers dedicated to each site has oversight, guidance and clear direction for daily weekly tasks B. Manager Quality C. Manage the commercial / contractual set out by coordinating with the PMC team PAC D. Manage the daily interactions with PMC/ PAC and MBL main contractor E. Engage in all relevant meeting to ensure the progress is tracked and meeting baseline F. The Technical Manager is responsible for managing technical interfaces, resolving engineering issues, assuring design quality and constructability, and ensuring that all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure are fully integrated to support the successful delivery and operational readiness of the facility. The role provides independent technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle, mitigates technical risks, supports informed decision-making, and ensures the facility is delivered safely, efficiently, and fit for purpose, achieving project milestones and enabling successful Start of Production (SOP).
