Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• - 3–7+ years of project management experience.
• - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• - Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred Qualifications
• - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• - PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scrum Master certification.
• - Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
• - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• - Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
• - Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
• - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• - Allocate resources effectively and optimize team performance.
• - Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• - Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• - Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
• - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
• - Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes.
