The opportunity We are looking for a Manager: Data, AI and Capability Transformation to join our growing Academy team. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading organizations across the region to design and deliver large-scale capability transformation initiatives that support organizational priorities, national agendas and workforce modernization efforts. Your key responsibilities Capability Transformation and Advisory Conduct capability assessments, workforce diagnostics and skills gap analyses to identify development priorities and future workforce requirements. Design capability development strategies, learning architecture and competency-based frameworks aligned to business objectives. Translate business challenges into practical capability development solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Data and AI Capability Solutions Lead the development of learning solutions across Data Literacy, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Governance and Emerging Technologies.

Capability Transformation and Advisory: Conduct capability assessments, workforce diagnostics and skills gap analyses to identify development priorities and future workforce requirements. Design capability development strategies, learning architecture and competency-based frameworks aligned to business objectives. Translate business challenges into practical capability development solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
