Accounts Executive

- Daily Operations: Manage AP/AR, Cash and bank reconciliations, and journal entries. - Financial Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports. - Compliance & Audits: Ensure statutory compliance, handle tax filings, and support internal/external audits. - Analysis: Analyse financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management decisions. - Systems & Processes: Implement and maintain accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. - Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Expertise in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, iScala) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are important. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills are necessary. - Hotel finance experience is an advantage.
