Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within manufacturing and contracting companies.
• Strong experience in cost accounting, project accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in managing cash flow, working capital, banking, and financial planning.
• Good knowledge of VAT, ZATCA requirements, and Saudi financial regulations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Saudi/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Monitor project and manufacturing costs, profitability, and cost variances.
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor project budgets, contract costs, commitments, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, production, and management teams on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
