Sales Consultant

Responsible for selling and cross-selling the bank’s products and providing its services at a high-quality level in compliance with BAJ’s quality standards. The role includes collecting fees and commissions on each product while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence. This position requires proactive collaboration, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement across all operational areas. Key Responsibilities:• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services in line with BAJ quality standards.• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.• Collect all applicable fees and commissions accurately and promptly. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.• Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets.• Good knowledge of banking products and services.
