Accountant

Key Responsibilities - Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports. - Handle VAT accounting, VAT returns, and VAT/tax refund claims in compliance with applicable regulations. - Review supporting documents and ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax refund submissions. - Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Monitor project-related costs, expenses, and financial transactions, particularly for real estate or construction projects. - Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. - Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
