Join us We are currently looking for lawyers with 5 + years’ top-tier post-qualification experience in Funds including drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPA, PPM. subscription agreements, side letters, management/advisory agreements) advising on GP/LP governance and carry structures, coordinating regulatory approvals with the DFSA, ADGM FSRA, SCA and CBUAE, leading fund closings, assisting on secondary transactions and co-investments, and supporting organisations on asset-management M&A, carried interest re-organisations and incentive schemes. Examples of opportunities include: 6 months - Investment funds organisation in the UAE. As part of a leading funds investment organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning sovereign wealth, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, credit, real estate, hedge and feeder funds, as well as regulated retail and ETF structures, you will support our investment teams and senior management on the full lifecycle of conventional and Shari’a-compliant investment vehicles. 3 months - Financial institution with a fund’s platform, seeking an experienced in-house funds lawyer to join their Dubai-based legal team. The successful candidate will advise on the structuring, formation, and ongoing management of investment funds, ensure regulatory compliance with DFSA and SCA requirements, and support transactional activity across our asset management platform. The role requires strong technical expertise in funds law, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work closely with investment professionals and regulators. Our Criteria Successful candidates will: have a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience at a law firm ranked as top tier for funds work; ideally have recent in-house legal experience in Fund Structuring and Formation preferably have experience in the Middle East and fluency in Arabic have a desire to take ownership of their career and be responsible for their own professional development and network, proactively making use of any support and resources available; have researched the personal and financial factors that you need to consider when commencing a career as a legal consultant and be comfortable with the ways in which it differs from permanent employment; have a consultant mindset, including a highly professional, flexible and adaptable outlook and approach; have a practising certificate (or equivalent) which entitles them to practise as a lawyer in the region What makes consulting with Peerpoint different?
