Financial Job Dimensions Degree of supervision The job holder operates with periodic supervision and structured alignment reviews. Level of Authority The job holder exercises shared decision-making authority with relevant internal stakeholders in line with approved governance and policies. Purpose of the Job The Master Facilitator, Body Repair & Paint, is a subject-matter expert responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of Body & Paint training and certification programs, ensuring alignment with OEM standards and translating business needs into high-impact capability development that improves operational performance and service quality. Key Accountabilities: Description Deliver high-impact technical training programs aligned with OEM standards, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement. Design, update, and enhance Body & Paint training curricula and materials using modern instructional techniques and digital tools. Manage the end-to-end certification lifecycle, including theoretical and practical assessments, ensuring integrity and alignment with OEM requirements. Conduct regular Gemba visits to workshops to assess training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted interventions. Integrate advanced training methods, including simulators, visual aids, and digital learning solutions, to enhance learning effectiveness. Ensure training programs contribute directly to operational excellence and workforce capability development. Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators •Learner satisfaction score (≥ 90%) •Training completion rate (≥ 95%) •Facilitator utilization rate. •Timely development and update of training content •Compliance with instructional and OEM standards •Stakeholder satisfaction with content relevance. •On-time certification completion rate •Assessment accuracy and compliance •Certification pass rates and competency improvement. •Number of Gemba visits conducted annually •Reduction in repeat repairs / rework rates •Implementation rate of improvement recommendations. •Number of innovative training solutions implemented •Improvement in learner engagement and retention •Adoption of digital and simulation-based learning tools. •Improvement in technician performance post-training •Reduction in technical errors / rework •Alignment of training outcomes with business KPIs.
