Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a high-rise building project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, site teams and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and in accordance with the required quality standards. Manage daily construction activities from mobilisation through completion and handover. Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and workforce. Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and method statements. Monitor progress against the approved programme and implement recovery plans when required. Coordinate structural, architectural, façade, fit-out and MEP works. Manage manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics efficiently. Resolve construction, technical and coordination issues in a timely manner. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities and internal departments. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project quality requirements. Prepare regular progress, risk and performance reports for senior management.
