Requirements

• - 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry.
• - Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, packaging, and marketing design.
• - Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• - Experience with Canva and other digital design tools is an advantage.
• - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding.
• - Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• - Good understanding of beauty and cosmetics aesthetics and current industry trends.
• - Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• - Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• - Good communication and time-management skills.
• Preferred Experience
• Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly preferred:
• - Cosmetics or skincare brands
• - Beauty product packaging and labeling
• - Product photography and retouching
• - E-commerce product creatives
• - Social media campaigns for beauty brands
• - Cosmetic product launches
• - Influencer and digital marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

• - Develop creative and visually appealing designs for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
• - Create social media content, including posts, stories, reels covers, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• - Design product packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• - Develop visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• - Maintain and develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative concepts.
• - Edit and enhance product images and create professional product presentations.
• - Create website banners, e-commerce visuals, advertisements, and other digital assets.
• - Stay updated with the latest beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and design trends.
• - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
