We are looking for a passionate and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes for Seez and its dealer partners. The successful candidate will be driving our SeezBoost product and be responsible for running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to create reports, and leveraging various digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility, improve customer acquisition, and drive overall campaign performance. Requirements
- - Develop and deploy Digital Marketing Campaigns on various channels, including paid social, paid search, display advertising and email marketing on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SnapChat, TikTok and more.
- - Act as an account manager for clients to our SeezBoost product and own CPL/CPA, and CAC targets for those accounts.
- - Work closely with client design teams on design feedback and best approach for social media designs, branding, etc.
- - Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, to identify and implement optimization strategies on current campaigns.
- - Conduct keyword research for paid search and develop media plans for paid social.
- - Work closely with the marketing team on marketing campaigns, marketing collaterals and social media content for the Seez channels.
- - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance marketing and implement them into our projects.
- - Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- - Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team by sharing ideas and providing feedback.
- YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU’RE SOMEONE (GREAT-TO-HAVE)
- - Agency experience managing multiple clients, industries, or advertising accounts simultaneously.
- - Experience working with automotive dealerships or automotive retail brands.
- - Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution - you can build the media strategy and optimize campaigns yourself.
- - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and continuous optimization is expected.
- - Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to align campaign performance with business goals and ROI.
- - Curious, proactive, and continuously testing new ideas, platforms, and optimization techniques to improve performance.
- WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE PARTY (MUST HAVES)
- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- - 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, managing high-budget digital advertising accounts.
- - Strong expertise in Google Ads, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
- - Extensive experience with ad deployments on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance measurement.
- - Strong analytical skills, with experience developing performance reports and using AI and analytics platforms to turn data into actionable insights.
- - Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how they complement paid media strategies.
- - Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and recommendations.
- - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Drive and optimize digital marketing campaigns for SeezBoost across multiple channels; analyze performance data to inform optimization; manage client relationships and targets (CPL/CPA, CAC); collaborate with design and marketing teams on creative and collateral; perform keyword research and develop media plans for paid search and paid social; stay current with performance marketing trends and apply them to campaigns; work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines; contribute ideas to improve overall marketing performance.
