About The Role - To follow and maintain all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service of guest rooms and suites. - Maintain and clean guest room, suite, corridor, and pantries according to One&Only Standards. - Make notes, collect, and action on any guest requests and preferences. - Ensure all interactions with guests are in a professional and polite manner. - Ensure proper use and care of equipment. - Ensure the Lost and Found procedures are always adhered to. - Ensure supplies, amenities, linens, and refreshment center are replenished as per standard. - Ensure the guest room linen are well looked after. - Update guest room status upon completion of service. - Always keep work areas neat and tidy and stocked according to the levels required. - Keep pantry neat and in good order. - The ability to maintain hygienic & safe work practices. - The ability to take ownership in assigned area of preventative maintenance programs and ensure the work and cleanliness is to the highest possible standards and that it is completed in a timely manner. - Ensure all defects are reported immediately and follow up to ensure they have been completed in a timely manner. - Provide bed decorations and bath ceremonies when required. - Ensure all furniture and fixtures are free of dust. - Expiry dates are checked regularly and refilled in advance of expiry. - Ensure all cutleries and glassware in the guest room and suite are refreshed as per standard. - Assist in new colleague job skill training as and when requested by the superiors. - Perform Turn Down service as per standards and preform towel art if required. - Report anything not functioning properly, broken, stolen or anything related to the Housekeeping Team Leader. - Report valuables displayed in the room to Housekeeping Team Leader and Security immediately. - Report incidents and guest complains to Housekeeping Team Leader. - Ensure that the task provided daily are executed to the expectation of O&O One Zaabeel standard. - Attends and participates in team events. - Coordinate for Laundry pick-up and delivery if required. - Participates in required training and briefings related to the job. - To effectively communicate and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleagues at all levels. - Always assure professional attitude towards guest and colleagues. - Ensure to always meet Grooming and Hygiene policy of One&Only One Zaabeel when in uniform. - Assist in other tasks in the department & Hotel when requested by team Leader or Manager About You - Must be of Grade 12 or A- level standard educated. (Be Fluent in Spoken & Written English, any other foreign language is a plus factor) - Hospitality graduate an advantage - Must be skilled to perform the job of a Housekeeping Attendant. - Must have minimum 2 years job experience in a five star or higher category hotel. Grade 12 or A-level education; Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages a plus); Hospitality graduate an advantage; Minimum 2 years of experience in a five-star or higher category hotel.

Follow and maintain all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service of guest rooms and suites. Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, corridors, and pantries to One&Only standards. Manage guest requests and preferences, ensuring professional and polite interactions. Maintain proper use and care of equipment; adhere to Lost and Found procedures; replenish supplies, amenities, linens, and refreshment centers as per standard. Ensure guest room linen are well looked after; update room status upon completion; keep work areas neat, tidy, and stocked. Maintain pantry order; uphold hygienic and safe work practices. Participate in preventative maintenance in assigned areas and report defects promptly. Provide bed decorations and towel art when required; perform Turn Down service per standards. Report any issues to Housekeeping Team Leader and ensure proper handling of valuables and guest complaints. Participate in training and briefings; maintain professional attitude toward guests and colleagues; comply with Grooming and Hygiene policies; assist in other tasks as requested by supervisor.
