With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests. Where you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, checking for food allergies, explaining the food menus, offering food substitutes if necessary, verifying the age restrictions for alcohol orders and relaying accurate food orders to the chefs. You will ensure that service is reliable, fast and of high quality. Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Restaurant Supervisor and should have at least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/she must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours and on-call cases. Dynamic, able to adopt the challenging and multicultural working environment as well as able to establish good working relationships. Excellent spoken and written English will be required. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. Presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service. Willing to work flexible hours and on-call. Dynamic, able to adapt to a challenging and multicultural working environment. Excellent spoken and written English required.
