Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer. The primary location is Al Khobar, KSA. The Senior Electrical Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. He may have engineer grade Electrical personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. He may work under the supervision of a Lead Electrical Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Electrical Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Saudi Arabia. Knowledge / Experience (Skills): - At least twelve (12) years of experience; - Eight (6) years of them within the field of Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. - PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable. - Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial - Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient. - Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory. The Senior Electrical Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. Manage and supervise electrical personnel, delegate activities to support personnel, and report to a Lead Electrical Engineer. Tasks may include oversight of electrical design, engineering support for oil & gas/petrochemical projects, coordination with construction and commissioning teams, and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. The role may involve project control and management responsibilities as delegated.
