Encryption Operations & Support Engineer

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Project Duration: Long-term project assignment About the Role We are looking for an Encryption Operations & Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational and technical support for enterprise encryption and security infrastructure. The role will focus on health monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, incident troubleshooting, service requests, patching coordination, license and asset tracking, documentation, testing, and operational support. Key Responsibilities - Perform daily health checks and operational monitoring of encryption and security platforms. - Handle service requests and incidents related to encryption, KMS, HSM, and associated infrastructure. - Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate escalation of complex technical issues. - Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Coordinate patching, upgrades, fixes, and vendor maintenance activities. - Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, assets, and support contracts. - Maintain configuration records, inventories, technical documentation, and operational runbooks. - Support technical testing, validation, and system changes. - Participate in backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities. - Support knowledge-transfer sessions and maintain operational procedures. - Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to resolve incidents and service issues. - Prepare operational and maintenance reports. - Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and on-call support when required.
