Position Overview The Project Manager / Data Lead – Digital Transformation is a mid-level, multi-disciplinary role responsible for managing the delivery of digital transformation projects, leading data-related workstreams, and driving change management and user adoption across those initiatives. The role plans, coordinates, and tracks project delivery end-to-end; owns data quality, data migration, reporting, and data governance activities; and leads stakeholder impact assessment, communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking to ensure changes are successfully embedded. It works closely with the PMO, enterprise/solution architects, application teams, and business and clinical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with well-governed data, and with strong end-user adoption. Key Responsibilities 1.Project Planning and Delivery - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets for assigned digital transformation projects. - Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders. - Track project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, and escalate as needed. - Coordinate cross-functional project teams including IT, clinical, vendor, and business resources. - Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates. - Ensure projects follow the organization's PMO methodology, governance, and documentation standards. 2. Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination - Act as the primary point of coordination between business/clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors for assigned projects. - Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions. - Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and SLAs related to assigned projects, escalating performance issues as needed. - Support change management and user-readiness activities, including training coordination and communication plans. 3. Change Management - Lead change management planning and execution for assigned digital transformation and data initiatives. - Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify affected user groups, workflows, and readiness gaps. - Develop and execute change management plans covering communications, training, and adoption activities. - Design and deliver end-user communications, FAQs, and awareness materials to support project rollouts. - Coordinate training needs analysis and training delivery schedules with application and clinical teams. - Identify resistance points and change risks, and work with sponsors to develop mitigation actions. - Track adoption metrics and user readiness indicators, and report on change progress to project leadership. 4. Data Leadership and Governance - Own data quality, data readiness, and data governance activities for assigned digital transformation projects. - Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and data validation rules across project workstreams. - Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and migration activities for new systems and integrations. - Coordinate with enterprise/solution architects to ensure data designs align with enterprise data architecture and master-data standards. - Support master data management (MDM) activities for clinical, operational, and financial data domains. 5. Reporting and Analytics Support - Define reporting and analytics requirements for projects, working with business intelligence and application teams. - Validate report and dashboard outputs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to go-live. - Support the design of KPIs and performance dashboards used to track project and post-implementation outcomes. 6. Data Privacy, Security and Compliance - Ensure project data-handling practices align with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data-localization requirements. - Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to apply appropriate data access, privacy, and security controls. - Support data-related aspects of compliance with NPHIES, CBAHI, and other applicable Saudi healthcare and regulatory requirements. 7. Testing, Go-Live and Stabilization - Coordinate data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off activities during UAT, cutover, and go-live. - Support post-go-live data stabilization, issue resolution, and hypercare activities. - Track realization of project and data-quality outcomes after implementation. 8. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing - Document lessons learned, data-quality findings, and reusable project and data artifacts. - Share best practices in project delivery and data management with the wider PMO and Digital Transformation team. - Support the onboarding and guidance of junior project coordinators or data analysts as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline. - 5–8 years
