Role We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant – Zero Trust Cloud to join our team. This is a Remote role in the United States, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. As a key field resource within our Professional Services Organization, you will deliver deployment advisory and implementation services to enterprise customers adopting the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform, with a focus on Zero Trust Cloud (ZTC), Cloud Connector, and cloud workload security. You will work closely with customer Cloud, Network, and Security teams to design and deploy scalable Zero Trust solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and planning through design, deployment, validation, and go-live - Design and deploy Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud and Cloud Connector solutions for cloud workloads, including Internet Egress, East-West traffic inspection, and hybrid connectivity - Utilize Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to build scalable, repeatable deployments and develop technical deliverables aligned with SOWs and methodologies - Lead technical workshops, deployment planning, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge-transfer sessions while collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams - Build expertise across the evolving Zscaler portfolio, contribute to delivery improvements, and travel to customer locations as needed for short-term engagements Who You Are (Success Profile) - You understand enterprise customers' cloud, networking, and security challenges, translating complex requirements into practical solutions. - You possess deep technical versatility across cloud infrastructure, networking technologies, and security platforms. - You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex cloud connectivity and security challenges. - You take end-to-end ownership of customer engagements, balancing deep technical expertise with efficient practical delivery. - You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with customer stakeholders as well as internal sales, customer success, support, product, and engineering teams. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) - Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving - Consulting or Professional Services experience in enterprise networking, cloud security, or Zero Trust, with hands-on expertise designing and implementing Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform solutions - Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud workloads alongside a strong understanding of VPC/VNET, routing, DNS, NAT, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity - Experience with Cloud Connector or similar cloud-based traffic inspection technologies and working knowledge of TCP/IP, IPsec, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS - Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code, Git, CI/CD, and network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute, or MTR - Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and technical workshop facilitation skills What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) - Deep expertise in Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud, Cloud Connector, and advanced portfolio capabilities including
