Role We are looking for a Financial Analyst FP&A to join our team. This is a On-site (Mohali) role, reporting to the Senior Manager in the FP&A department. You will play a critical role in supporting business growth and scaling our global infrastructure through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnership. By transforming complex financial and operational data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations, you will help drive profitability and inform strategic decision-making. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Take responsibility of the monthly product reporting process, ensuring complete data accuracy and timely delivery, while continuously driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline workflows - Lead quarterly product reporting and analyse key metrics such as New Business ACV, Upsell/Cross-sell, ARR, Revenue, Churn, and Swaps and utilizing AI-enabled tools to identify trends and growth drivers - Formulate comprehensive P&L frameworks and strategic forecasts for various product lines to support data-driven decision-making across management - Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis of actual bookings against forecasts, highlighting key business drivers, risks, and strategic opportunities - Manage monthly and quarterly headcount and operating expense (OpEx) reporting and forecasting (specifically focusing on R&D spend), providing detailed variance commentary and financial walk models Who You Are (Success Profile) - You act like an owner with a strong passion for the mission and a natural bias for action.
