Role We are looking for a Lead Technical Enablement Engineer to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Director in the Global Technical Enablement Team department. This role offers a unique blend of deep technical expertise and field-savvy delivery—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education, and go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Learning Experience Delivery teams to design and deliver world-class enablement programmes for our Solutions Consulting organisation. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Build engaging, reusable training content including courses, learning modules, and onboarding materials tailored specifically for technical roles like Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA) - Lead high-impact virtual and in-person Bootcamps, interactive workshops, and targeted coaching sessions for technical audiences globally - Optimise the onboarding experience for the Solutions Consulting organisation to significantly accelerate field ramp time - Partner seamlessly with Solutions Consulting (SC) Leadership, Product Management (PM), Product Marketing (PMM), and Learning Experience Delivery (LED) teams to continuously align our curriculum with evolving business priorities - Successfully drive several concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Who You Are (Success Profile) - You thrive in ambiguity. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) - Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain - Proven experience working within Technical Enablement, Pre-Sales, or Post-Sales environments - Strong technical background in cloud security, networking, or enterprise security technologies - Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver technical training for both technical and non-technical audiences - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with verified comfort facilitating sessions both virtually and in-person - A strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying skill gaps and building actionable, measurable improvement plans What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
