Role We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Platform & Reliability Engineering department in Bangalore, reporting to the Director of Platform & Reliability Engineering. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of ZDX solutions. You will lead automation initiatives to build robust frameworks, validate feature functionality, optimize system performance, and champion an AI-first approach to development. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) - Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain - 4+ years of experience in automation testing, preferably within cloud or SaaS environments - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for building automation and testing solutions, alongside familiarity with testing tools and performance analysis - Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud alongside containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Experience integrating testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar systems What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) - Familiarity with various testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools - Good unde
