Warehouse pharmacist oversees and coordinates daily medications warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of pharmacy items Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: - Receiving the purchased medications & pharmaceutical products from concerned suppliers as per receiving policy. - Work closely with SCM before refuse acceptance of near expired, damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. - Entered the received items quantity on oracle system data base after completion all required documentations and standards according to receiving policy and SFDA regulations. - Maintaining applying warehouse policies, records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation meet finance department's requirements. - Ensure recording for room / refrigerators temperatures, humidity and reporting to the warehouse senior supervisor, in case any is out-of-the range. - Sorting the medications and pharmaceuticals products in the storage area as per groups or category, code number keep separators between different batches for one item and attach on it the required visual signs with weekly verification. - Printing barcodes stickers far the items, supervision workers and ensure a proper fixing on outer boxes done. - Remove the expired and damaged items, as per policy and transfer it physical and on system to expired warehouse. - Reporting medications warehouse KPIs, (Time it takes from receiving to pick location, Order cycle times, workers operating's track, shipments duration, rate of accuracy... etc.) - The issued items process must be documented by online internal requisition and received on line, and compliance with issuing policy. For medications and cosmetics, the issued items must be verified for accuracy using barcode scanners technique (ensure issued proper item codes, quantity, batches, price ... etc.) against the internal requests on line. - Sending email notifications to the concerned end users with the shipped items, materials, time of shipping from warehouse and all other details (using the approved format). - Checking orders, invoices, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. - Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for patients and families. - Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect. QUALIFICATIONS: - B.Sc. of Pharmacy. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: - Minimum two years related previous experience
