Role We are looking for a Regional Director to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Switzerland, reporting to the Regional Vice President in the Sales and Go-to-Market department. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. In this role, you will lead your team to demonstrate the power and agility of cloud transformation and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent while building individual development plans and coaching the team to overachieve on targets - Solve customer pain points by leveraging Zscaler's unique value proposition and technical expertise - Operate as the GM of your business to create success plans and accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance - Act as an executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and drive opportunities to closure - Foster a high-accountability culture that actively embraces and promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Who You Are (Success Profile) - You thrive in ambiguity.
