Operations Data Analyst Intern

Responsibilities: 1. Divide the city level capacity target to third-party logistics (3PL) according to their performance. 2. Monitor and ensure that target capacity metrics for partners are met. 3. This includes evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed. 4. Independently write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and integrate data for business teams. 5. Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs in real time. 6. Participate in end-to-end business projects, track progress, and deliver data-driven reports to identify optimization opportunities. 7. Document meeting minutes, archive files, and coordinate cross-functional communication. Requirements: 1. Proficient in data analysis tools(SQL, other data-analysis tools etc), with the ability to apply these skills in business scenarios. 2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and curious about the business with a strong willingness to learn. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with prior experience in multi-party project collaboration being a plus. 4. Available for 4+ months, 4-5 days/week. 5.
