Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain the business governance framework, including business rules, SOPs, compliance standards, exception mechanisms and escalation processes. 2. Design and optimize end-to-end business processes by defining key stages, ownership, entry requirements, checklists and exception-handling procedures. 3. Build and maintain information taxonomies, standards libraries, attribute rules and localized mappings, balancing consistent standards with different market requirements. 4. Define risk and compliance review standards, including risk levels, decision criteria, escalation paths and exception principles. This role does not perform routine operational reviews. 5. Translate business rules into requirements that can be understood and executed by systems, algorithms and AI, including inputs, decision logic, expected outputs, exception scenarios and acceptance criteria. 6. Collaborate with business, product, technology, data, algorithm, legal and risk teams to align on standards and drive successful implementation. 7. Establish rule version control, release, training and regular review mechanisms to ensure that standards are clearly understood and consistently applied. 8. At least five years of experience in business operations, process design, policy governance, risk and compliance, or operations strategy. 2. Proven ability to independently design end-to-end business processes and translate complex or ambiguous problems into clear rules, SOPs and execution standards. 3. Experience building a rule framework, standards library or process governance mechanism from the ground up. 4. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate rule performance and propose practical improvements. 5. Strong structured thinking, written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. 6. Professional working proficiency in English. Cross-regional or cross-cultural working experience is preferred. 7. Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or equivalent, with the ability to apply AI to rule development, process design, data analysis and productivity improvement. 8. A rigorous and practical working style, with strong ownership, independent judgment and project execution capabilities. Highlights: 1. Focus on professional expertise in business rules, processes and governance without people management responsibilities. 2. Design core policies and processes that directly influence operational efficiency, quality and risk management. 3. Go beyond writing SOPs by translating business standards into product, algorithm and automation capabilities. 4. Work closely with business, product, technology, data, algorithm and risk professionals to solve complex problems. 5. Play a key role in developing rule frameworks, standards libraries and governance mechanisms. 6. Access a comprehensive AI toolkit and help define how AI can support policy and process governance.
