Coordinator, Well Services (AMO) - ADNOC Drilling

JOB PURPOSE: Supervises the Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul activities in the Pressure Pumping Division. Supervises the testing, maintenance, and repair of various electronic assemblies Directs and coordinates processes, personnel and supplies to optimize performance and quality. Manages the application of electronic theory, electrical testing procedures and related knowledge to repair and overhaul equipment as required. \u2022 Monitor activities, workforce availability, quality and all other aspects of the section. \u2022 Oversees the testing, maintenance, and repair of various electronic assemblies. \u2022 Review work orders, product specifications, technical instructions and facility requirements torequisitions tools, equipment, supplies and parts. \u2022 Maintains documentation on failure analysis and required repairs. \u2022 Supervises the troubleshooting, testing and assembly of electrical and electromechanical equipment. \u2022 Manages the reworking, repairing and modifying of nonconforming equipment. \u2022 Ensures consistency of units according to engineering instructions, technical manuals and knowledgeof electronic systems and components and their functions. \u2022 Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to improve the repair process andproduct performance. \u2022 Provide technical expertise to assist with solving repairs and overhaul of equipment. \u2022 Provides technical support to other groups and co-workers. \u2022 Provides continual coaching and training to subordinates on processes and procedures. \u2022 Supervises the configuration, preparation, maintenance, utilization and design of test stations and testequipment. \u2022 Sets up repair and overhaul stations to efficiently process defective equipment. \u2022 Ensures that all testing is performed with proper instructions and documentation. \u2022 Apply statistical methods to estimate future repair requirements for staffing and equipment needs. \u2022 Manage and schedule overtime as necessary to meet the section\u2019s objectives and standards. \u2022 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes ofpractice. Minimum Qualification \u2022 B. Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills \u2022 10 years of broad experience in drilling, oil/gas or petrochemical industry, out of which 3 years of LeadEngineer level experience. \u2022 Must have exposure to maintenance management strategies and techniques. \u2022 At least 5 years\u2019 experience of working with CMMS. \u2022 Excellent Computer skills, in MS Office package plus ERP software such as SAP. \u2022 Proficiency in spoken & written English Language. B. Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 10 years of broad experience in drilling, oil/gas or petrochemical industry, out of which 3 years of Lead Engineer level experience. Must have exposure to maintenance management strategies and techniques. At least 5 years’ experience of working with CMMS. Excellent computer skills, in MS Office package plus ERP software such as SAP. Proficiency in spoken & written English Language.
