Manager, Operations (OCTG VMI) - ADNOC Logistics & Services

The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the client\u2019s day-to-day operations and as the Company's strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OCTG Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services. The role is accountable for the overall Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance, operational excellence, and successful delivery of all OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) activities under the assigned portfolio. As a key driver of business success, the Manager is responsible for developing and executing business strategies, fostering and maintaining client relationships, overseeing operational performance, and ensuring the efficient execution of OCTG services and projects. The role also provides leadership and governance over all active contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and client requirements. Technical Knowledge: \u2022\u00A0Possess comprehensive knowledge of industry standards such as API 5CT, API 5CRA, API 5B1, API 5C1, API 5A5, and others. \u2022\u00A0Provide technical expertise and support to the OCTG team in the execution of projects. \u2022 Ensure all OCTG operations comply with ADNOC standards and industry regulations. Field Service: \u2022\u00A0Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in OCTG field services, including connection technology, running procedures, casing and tubing design, material selection, and operational best practices. \u2022\u00A0Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of OCTG field operations in accordance with API standards, ADNOC requirements, customer specifications, and industry best practices. \u2022\u00A0Develop, implement, and continuously improve field service procedures, technical standards, and quality assurance processes to enhance operational performance and asset integrity. \u2022\u00A0Lead technical troubleshooting, risk assessment, and operational support activities to optimize construction and tubular performance. \u2022\u00A0Drive a culture of HSE excellence, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across all OCTG field service operations. Demand Planning: \u2022\u00A0Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation activities to support OCTG operations and meet customer requirements. \u2022\u00A0Develop operational plans and budgets that optimize inventory, manpower, and equipment utilization while aligning with ADNOC L&S strategic and financial objectives. \u2022\u00A0Ensure effective coordination with customers and stakeholders to maintain service continuity, operational efficiency, and contractual performance. Manufacturing & Technical Assurance \u2022\u00A0Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OCTG manufacturing processes, including threading, connection technologies, inspection, testing, and product certification requirements. \u2022\u00A0Provide technical oversight and assurance to ensure OEMs, mills, and technical partners comply with API standards, customer specifications, and contractual quality requirements. \u2022\u00A0Review and validate manufacturing, inspection, and testing documentation to ensure product integrity, traceability, and conformity prior to deployment. \u2022\u00A0Collaborate with manufacturers, technical partners, and customers to resolve technical issues, manage product quality risks, and optimize operational performance across the OCTG supply chain. \u2022\u00A0Identify and drive improvements in quality assurance, inspection, and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Supply Chain Management: \u2022\u00A0Oversee OCTG supply chain and warehouse operations, including inventory control, traceability, inspections, TPI activities, dispatches, returns, repairs, and yard management. \u2022\u00A0Ensure compliance with API standards, ADNOC requirements, and contractual obligations while maintaining inventory integrity and operational efficiency. \u2022\u00A0Lead cross-functional teams and service partners to deliver safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of OCTG projects and services Supervise the dispatch from the mill to the yard, including invoicing, Goods Received Not
