Engineer, Plant Operations - ADNOC Onshore

We are the largest oil producer within the ADNOC Group, accounting for over half of ADNOC\u2019s total oil production. As the country\u2019s oldest oil production company, our operations date back to 1939, when a 75-year concession was signed to explore for oil and gas in Abu Dhabi. As a global industry leader in environmental sustainability, we are the first in the world to capture carbon from the iron and steel industry. Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC\u2019s 2030 sustainability goals. Job Purpose: Plans, coordinates, and supervises the safe and efficient oil and gas production, processing, and export operations and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the water injection, Gas injection, Gas lift, ESP wells and CO2 injection and distribution. Maintain optimum operating efficiency and assure facilities and systems integrity/reliability while assuring compliance to HSE Management system. Troubleshoot and recommends corrective actions to deal with abnormalities, de-bottlenecking, upgrading and optimum operating conditions for the plant and processes.
