Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC\u2019s 2030 sustainability goals. JOB PURPOSE: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities on Jebel Dhanna, Fujairah Terminal Offshore & Al Nouf marine concession area including safe navigation, pilotage, tanker berthing, loading / unloading operations and management of vessels, inspection of marine navigational aids, devices, and to maintain infrastructure and offshore facilities reliable and available in accordance with international standards and local code and regulation and guidelines from IMO( International Maritime Organization, ISGOTT ( International Safety Guide for oil tankers and terminals ,OCIMF(Oil companies international marine forum) and classification society rules etc. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities \u2022 Monitors marine contractor\u2019s activities at Jebel Dhanna Terminal involved in the provision of pilotage, mooring/unmooring, loading operations, maintenance of offshore oil installation and compliance with safety regulations and within terminal parameters. \u2022 Monitor\u2019s coordination, passage plan management of contractor\u2019s activities (crew boats, barges and support vessels) within AON Marine Concession with the provision of transporting personnel, equipment\u2019s, dredging and maintenance activities of associated marine infrastructure including pontoons and jetties ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operating guidelines. \u2022 Ensure safe operations, assigning mooring locations and directing the provision of mooring assistance to vessels. \u2022 Ensure safe unloading operation under the CRF (Crude receiving facility) project within the terminal\u2019s safe process envelope. \u2022 Ensure coordination with tanker and loading master\u2019s on safe COW (Crude oil washing) operation while unloading. \u2022 Periodic assessment of compatibility between offshore terminal and offloading tankers by providing specialist guidance on equipment and procedure for mooring and cargo transfer of crude oil. \u2022 Review master program expected time of arrivals (ETAs) for tankers and nominations, allocation of berths in accordance with size of tankers and rates of loading. \u2022 Review Inspection reports of channel & buoys and other marine safety equipment provide advice to Marine Engineers for regular maintenance of buoys by contractor to ensure positioning for safe navigation. \u2022 Update bathymetric surveys and coordinate plotting following the UKHO Admiralty chart. \u2022 Administer marine operations contracts. Includes, preparing specifications/scope of work, negotiating contracts terms and conditions, inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with contract terms, verifying contractor's invoices and processing for payment. \u2022 Participate in resolving noncompliance to all relevant process safety elements and integrity compliance KPI and report any deviation from the environment requirements. \u2022 Participates in all tendering, contracting and administration procedures related to the Marine Operations Contract from inception to contract award, including preparing, scheduling and auditing contractors\u2019 activities to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the required standards and in compliance with contract clauses. \u2022 Carryout patrolling activities of marine concession area including inspections of marine jetties, pontoons and periodic vesting inspections of marine craft vessels and marine diversity wildlife monitoring. \u2022 Reviews all project documents related to marine and offshore operations, includes reviewing scope of work, technical specifications to ensure compatibility and maintainability of new plant and equipment, reviewing and commenting on conceptual, basic and detailed design packages. \u2022 Ensures all offshore activities are carried out in accordance with the International Ship & Port Facilities Security Code (ISPS Code), adhering to the terms and conditions of the Code. \u2022 Operates a marine control center, maintaining and monitoring radio communication system and coverage within Al Nouf marine Concession area and monitor local weather condition by using all available forecasts and record in daily log \u2022 Ensure s

Monitors marine contractor’s activities at Jebel Dhanna Terminal involved in pilotage, mooring/unmooring, loading operations, maintenance of offshore oil installation and compliance with safety regulations within terminal parameters. Manages coordination and passage plan for contractor vessels (crews, barges, support vessels) within AON Marine Concession, including transporting personnel and equipment and maintenance activities of marine infrastructure. Ensures safe operations, assigns mooring locations, and directs mooring assistance to vessels. Oversees safe unloading under CRF project within the terminal’s safety envelope. Coordinates with tanker and loading masters on safe Crude Oil Washing (COW) operations during unloading. Assesses compatibility between offshore terminal and offloading tankers and provides guidance on mooring and cargo transfer. Reviews master program ETAs and berth allocations based on tanker size and loading rates. Reviews inspection reports of channels, buoys and marine safety equipment and advises on regular maintenance by contractors. Updates bathymetric surveys and chart plotting following UKHO Admiralty charts. Administers marine operations contracts, including preparing scopes of work, negotiating terms, inspecting work, verifying invoices, and processing payments. Participates in resolving process safety and integrity compliance issues and reports deviations. Participates in tendering, contracting and administration procedures for Marine Operations Contracts from inception to award, including scheduling and auditing contractor activities. Conducts patrols and inspections of marine jetties, pontoons, vessels and marine wildlife monitoring. Reviews project documents related to marine and offshore operations, ensuring design compatibility and maintainability of new plant/equipment, and reviews design packages. Ensures offshore activities comply with the ISPS Code.
