JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for safely and efficiently handling explosives and detonating devices during wireline logging operations. Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and procedures while maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities \u2022 Safely handle, transport, and store explosives and detonating devices according to established safety protocols and regulatory requirements. \u2022 Prepare explosive charges and detonating systems for deployment in wellbore operations, ensuring accuracy and precision. \u2022 Execute the deployment and detonation of explosive charges in accordance with operational plans and safety guidelines. \u2022 Collaborate closely with other members of the logging services team to coordinate activities and ensure seamless integration of explosive operations with overall logging operations. \u2022 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice. Generic Accountabilities Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures \u2022 Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives. Training \u2022 Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization. Tool Box \u2022 Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition. \u2022 Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition. Time Management \u2022 Carry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards. \u2022 Inform the Maintenance Supervisor in case additional resources are required to carry out the job within the assigned time frame. Innovation and Continuous Improvement \u2022 Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures, modification of functional processes, machinery or equipment. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability \u2022 Support the institution of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines across the Division in line with international standards, best practices and Corporate Code of Practices and to ensure integrity and safety of assets. Housekeeping \u2022 Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job, in line with established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping. Reports \u2022 Collect technical data from the field as required and provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management. \u2022 Provide input for the preparation of Method statements and initiate Near Miss reports. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification \u2022 High School Diploma or Equivalent.
