Senior Engineer, Civil - ADNOC Refining

Support all civil and structural engineering activities for ADNOC Refining\u2019s strategic capital projects. Provide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure high standards and best practices across all company divisions. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for civil discipline. Review civil, structural, and architectural documents across project phases. Conduct gap analysis for ADNOC Group Engineering Standards (AGES). Provide technical support through the Technical Authority framework. Troubleshoot plant issues related to structures, foundations, and underground services. Evaluate design changes, cost optimization, and value improvement proposals. Ensure compliance with international and ADNOC standards. Review technical bids and pre-qualification of vendors and consultants. Contribute to budgets, performance management, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and sustainability guidelines.
