Plan, Supervise and coordinate all major rotating equipment maintenance activities to ensure availability and reliability activities by utilizing high skill company staff, external resources, vendors and OEM to ensure major rotating equipment in the plant are operated and maintained safely with minimum down time and optimum cost as per company maintenance objectives. \u2022 Provides decision support for the production and maintenance teams for equipment testing, \"troubleshooting\", routine equipment surveillance, start-up activities, and training on all rotating equipment. \u2022 Develop long range plans for machinery overhaul through performance evaluations on the equipment and based on running hours to maintain high reliability & availability of the plant. \u2022 Works with the production teams to ensure the integrity, reliability, and sustainability of all the mechanical assets associated with rotating equipment. \u2022 Provide assistance to Sr. Rotating Engineer as required in the areas of schedule / estimate of budge and all other relevant jobs to the section. \u2022 Review required spare parts & its availability with all resources required to execute the job to complete activities as per plan & reduce equipment\u2019s down time. \u2022 Leads or support root cause analysis investigations, solution development, and risk Assessments to minimize number of trips & improve plant reliability. \u2022 Prepare scope of work and follow up for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / service provider for the refurbishment / repair works of the repairable major non-insurance parts including budgeting, issuing SWO\u2019s, tracking and receiving. \u2022 Supervise the major overhauls and ensure completion as per plan. \u2022 Provide technical support to area maintenance and operation, carry out trouble shooting and resolve chronic problems by identifying solutions those requires more in depth investigation. \u2022 Ensure that, major rotating equipment / major parts history record are kept available and updated to utilize such records to plan proper replacement of aged parts via maintaining tracking database. \u2022 Coordination with TE Division/TER to request technical services (RTS) related to Major equipment\u2019s, agree for scope of work, review and implement RTS recommendations. \u2022 Follow up permanent/temporary Plant change management system (PCRs) related to Major equipment\u2019s starting from initiation, pre feed, feed, execution, and up to post - close stage. \u2022 Coordination with PX team to review the Rotating Equipment documents of the new projects, retrofit, modifications, service bulletins and plant expansions starting from pre-feed till project completion. rts of the ADNOC Group, if required. \u2022 Regular contact with local and international vendors and third party service providers to obtain services. \u2022 Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. \u2022 6 years of relevant experience in operations & maintenance of rotating equipment within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry \u2022 Strong understanding of performance analysis and standards in Oil & Gas Production \u2022 Good understanding of business planning, performance measurement and economic analysis. \u2022 Good understanding of relevant business processes, systems and tools \u2022 Proficiency in building production performance analysis reports to identify prospects of improvement for strategic business planning \u2022 Awareness in business risk and controls for Plant Production within oil & gas sector. \u2022 Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co-ordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording.
