JOB PURPOSE: Prepares overall maintenance and shutdown plans, monitoring / controlling tools to ensure smooth execution of Maintenance schemes/ Shutdowns / Activities by providing all the required support to individuals. Job Specific Accountabilities \uF0A7 Collaborates with various stakeholders (Integrity/ Production/ projects/Maintenance Support etc.) for preparation of shutdown plans, short/long term work programs for major Schemes/major maintenance/individual projects/action plan in line with Company\u2019s Business Plan. \uF0A7 Produces, develops, and update the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan including engineering & maintenance Schemes, barge/boat plan, WHT campaign, major inspections/overhauls, and shutdowns plan, etc. \uF0A7 Develops/maintains plans for maintenance barges. \uF0A7 Prepares and monitors the major maintenance budget and relevant phasing. \uF0A7 Develop worklist for WHT Major Maintenance and develop execution schedule for maintenance campaign. \uF0A7 Developing / updating the bedding plan in view of each schemes schedule by coordinating with each job officer. \uF0A7 Monitors deviations from work programs and reports to team leaders the possible impact on other programs and recommends corrective actions. Liaises with planning & cost coordination units to ensure the monitoring of work programs, in terms of duration, target dates, resources and materials. Liaises with Commercial Division\u2019s personnel to ensure required materials are identified properly. JOB DESCRIPTION Budgets \uF0B7 Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives. \uF0B7 Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures \uF0B7 Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section\u2019s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards. Performance Management \uF0B7 Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework. Innovation and Continuous Improvement \uF0B7 Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. \uF0B7 Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability \uF0B7 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. Reports \uF0B7 Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal \uF0B7 Regular contact with Field, Operations Support, Production Assurance, maintenance, and engineering departments to ensure effective communications. \uF0B7 Frequent contact with work associates in Abu Dhabi and on super complexes up to Team Leader level to discuss shutdown preparation and co-ordinate work activities. \uF0B7 Regular contact with S/D committee and stakeholders on matters of Shutdown issues. External \uF0B7 Frequent contact with concession holders when addressing their requirements and during site visits. \uF0B7 Regular contacts with contractors\u2019 agents/representatives at equivalent level to discuss work requirements, evaluate performance. Minimum Qualification \uF0B7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills \uF0B7 5-6 years\u2019 experience in multi-discipline planning of Engineering and Maintenance activities in an oil and gas or petrochemical industry. \uF0B7 Proficient in English. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university. 5-6 years’ experience in multi-discipline planning of Engineering and Maintenance activities in an oil and gas or petrochemical industry. Proficient in English.
Collaborates with stakeholders for preparation of shutdown plans and short/long term work programs for major schemes/maintenance/projects. Develops and updates the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan, maintenance budgets and phasing. Develops worklists for major maintenance and creates execution schedules. Maintains bedding plans in line with schemes’ schedules. Monitors deviations from work programs and reports impacts; coordinates with planning, cost control, and commercial teams to ensure materials and resources are aligned. Plan, supervise and coordinate activities; train staff; provide input for section/department budgets; implement policies and procedures; contribute to performance objectives; drive continuous improvement; ensure HSE compliance; produce MIS and progress reports.
