Manager - Technology Procurement

Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, covering sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier management, governance, risk mitigation, and value optimization. Key Responsibilities - Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award procurement processes. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements. - Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding. - Lead technical/commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiations. - Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims support. - Monitor procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules. - Drive cost optimization and commercial value. - Manage supplier performance, disputes and operational escalations. - Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management. - Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing. - Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations. - Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiatives. - Experience within large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred

5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management. Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing.
