Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Building Inspector (26002892)Job Description Building Inspector - (26002892) Job Description · Conduct periodic inspection visits within the assigned areas to ensure full coverage of the inspection zone in accordance with the targets set by management, and in line with approved instructions, work plans, and regulatory requirements.· Inspect existing buildings and facilities to verify their compliance with applicable regulations and laws regarding land use, approved plans, requirements, and standards, while preserving the architectural and aesthetic appearance of the Emirate of Dubai.· Identify and monitor violations related to building encroachments and temporary structures located outside approved property boundaries in general, and within rural areas in particular, and submit site inspection reports to the direct supervisor.· Identify and report violations related to the establishment of camps (Ezbas) without the required permits, as referred by the Desert Areas Office, and submit inspection and monitoring reports to the direct supervisor for appropriate action and guidance.
