Assist the Head of Pharmacy in reviewing and analyzing Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) and Medication Error reports; perform supervisory tasks as assigned.2. Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the pharmacy and submit for review and approval.3. Compile and present monthly pharmacy statistics to the Head of Pharmacy for review and approval.4. Consult with prescribing physicians to recommend drug therapy selections or modifications based on monitoring activities, promoting rational and cost-effective prescribing.5. Provide patient education, counseling, and training on drug therapy, disease prevention, and proper medication use; participate in in-service educational programs.6. Process electronic records of medications dispensed to hospitalized patients; fill and dispense outpatient and inpatient prescriptions, ensuring accuracy before dispensing.7. Prepare sterile products and drug formulations, including strength, dosage forms, and packaging.8. Supervise pharmacy students during training and evaluate their performance in coordination with the Head of Pharmacy or deputy.9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager to support pharmacy operations.
